In the quiet community of Perry Hall, Maryland, a heartbreaking story unfolded, leaving neighbors and family members in shock and grief. It was on a summer night in July 2015 that the lives of 10-year-old Ian Roary, a young male, and his 12-year-old brother, Julian Roary Jr., were tragically cut short. The boys were found shot in a second-floor bedroom of their home on Yvonne Avenue.
