Herbert Allen, aged 44, was fatally shot on January 20, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred on the 600 block of Dumbarton Avenue, where officers responded to a call about a shooting. Upon arrival, police found Allen suffering from gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead at the scene, adding to the already rising homicide toll that Baltimore faced in 2017.
