Jalisa Walls-Harris, a 22-year-old woman from Hyattsville, Maryland, tragically lost her life on March 7, 2016. She was one of two sisters shot and killed by Kevin Tyrice Reynolds, the ex-boyfriend of her half-sister, Tarekka Jones. The incident occurred in Jones' apartment in Cheverly, Maryland. Reynolds, who had a history of abusive behavior towards Jones, had been released from jail just days before the murders after Jones posted his bond.
