In the quiet evening of March 23, 2016, in Oxon Hill, Maryland, the life of 20-year-old K’Shon Jerome Johnson was tragically cut short. Around 9:20 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3800 block of 28th Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Johnson in a parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound.
