Windy Sue Floyd, aged 49, tragically lost her life on August 13, 2016, in Jessup, Maryland. The incident was a murder-suicide, where her partner, Barry Robert Strohl Sr., aged 58, fatally shot her before turning the gun on himself. The couple resided in the 7400 block of Montevideo Court, where the police discovered their bodies following a report of a double shooting.
