Taylor India Webb, a 20-year-old woman from Baltimore City, was tragically found shot to death inside her vehicle in Perry Hall, Maryland, on February 26, 2019. The incident occurred late at night, and her body was discovered behind the wheel of her car, which was parked on the side of the street. Reports indicated that Webb had been shot at point-blank range.
