Cedric Whitehead, a 46-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on August 19, 2016. The incident occurred on South Monastery Avenue, where police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 9:25 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Whitehead suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Despite being transported to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
