Terrance Johnson, a resident of Fredericksburg, Virginia, was tragically shot to death on October 15, 2015, outside Valentino's Restaurant in Northeast Baltimore. The incident occurred shortly after midnight, and Johnson succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The Baltimore Police Department quickly identified a suspect in the case, leading to the arrest of 29-year-old Jerrod Battle.
