On November 30, 2016, Ramiro Moya, a 40-year-old resident of Bladensburg, Maryland, was found dead on a residential street in Hyattsville, Maryland. Prince George's County police officers responded to a call around 6:45 a.m. regarding a man lying in the roadway on the 5300 block of Crittenden Street, near Edmonston Road.
