On a Sunday morning in January 2017, the lives of three men were tragically cut short in what should have been the promising setting of a new restaurant. Xue Zou, a 28-year-old man, was one of three victims in a fatal shooting that occurred at the Blue Sunday Bar and Grill in Bowie, Maryland. The incident, which took place on January 29, also claimed the lives of 27-year-old Jin Chen and 46-year-old Sherwood Morgan.
