In the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a tragic event unfolded on a Friday evening, December 29, 2017, forever altering the lives of one family. Titus Ware, a 35-year-old male, was in his home in the 2400 block of Georgia Street when his life was cut short by gunfire.
