On a February evening in Lake Charles, Louisiana, a heated argument escalated into a tragic act of violence that claimed the life of 43-year-old Felton Paul Boutte. The male victim was at a home on Smith Road on February 6, 2014, when he engaged in a physical altercation with Jonathon Jerome Guillory, the boyfriend of his step-daughter.
