On a summer morning in 2017, the quiet of an Oxon Hill, Maryland neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. On August 15th, at approximately 9:15 a.m., officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were dispatched to the 5100 block of Deal Drive for a death investigation.
