Rogelio Sierra Duran, a 24-year-old resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 24, 2017, following a shooting incident at a party in College Park. The incident occurred in an apartment on Cherry Hill Road, north of the University of Maryland campus.
