Vincent Morgan, a 29-year-old man, was reported missing on July 8, 1998, in Winter Garden, Florida. He was last seen when he and a friend, Heyward Howard, borrowed a car to visit another friend's house. Their visit took place late at night, around 1:30 AM. The situation took a troubling turn when blood and bullet casings were later discovered at the friend's home they were visiting.
