Daniel Brinkley, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on October 2, 2017. The incident occurred in the Upton community, specifically in the 1300 block of Myrtle Avenue. At approximately 8:29 a.m., officers responded to a call reporting a serious shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered that Brinkley had already been transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital by emergency medical services.
