Santiago "Tiger" Loyal, aged 41, tragically passed away on August 11, 2021, in Baltimore, Maryland. Loyal was found dead in front of a vacant home in the 1200 block of Cliftview Avenue in East Baltimore. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as suspicious, leading to a thorough investigation by local authorities.
