In the afternoon hours of September 14, 2019, the life of Jamaine Carraway, a 31-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. He was found at approximately 2:44 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Pratt Street, having sustained fatal injuries from a shooting. Emergency responders transported him to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, but his wounds proved too severe, and he was pronounced dead.
