On the evening of March 13, 2024, tragedy struck in Baltimore, Maryland, claiming the life of 26-year-old Martinez Brown. The Black male was found by police responding to a report of a shooting in the 1500 block of East 28th Street at approximately 8:19 p.m. He was suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite immediate medical attention, Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
