Kendel Lecompte, a 27-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on October 21, 2017. Lecompte was shot on the 1000 block of W. North Avenue in the Reservoir Hill neighborhood. He was transported to Shock Trauma, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. Lecompte had been living on the 5100 block of Chalgrove Avenue.
