Justice Allen, aged 21, was tragically killed on April 4, 2018, in a targeted home invasion in West Baltimore. The incident occurred shortly before noon when assailants kicked in the back door of the home on Gorman Avenue and shot both Justice Allen and her mother, Channette Neal, aged 42. The victims were found suffering from gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the hospital.
