On the afternoon of Thursday, January 13, 2022, a sense of normalcy at the bustling Catonsville Plaza Shopping Center was shattered by the sound of gunshots. In the moments that followed, 27-year-old Diamond Trueheart, a local business owner and mother, was found fatally shot in the parking lot.
