Whitney M. Purnell, aged 33, tragically passed away on October 14, 2021, following a violent incident in Baltimore, Maryland. On October 4, 2021, a Central District officer, while on patrol, was directed by concerned citizens to the 200 block of North Eutaw Street near Lexington Market. There, the officer found Whitney Purnell lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to her torso.
