Whitney M. Purnell, aged 33, tragically passed away on October 14, 2021, following a violent incident in Baltimore, Maryland. On October 4, 2021, a Central District officer, while on patrol, was directed by concerned citizens to the 200 block of North Eutaw Street near Lexington Market.
