Emmanuel Cruz, a 39-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on July 9, 2018, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. outside Haven Place, a strip club located at 400 North Haven Street in the Baltimore Highlands neighborhood.
