Carlis Mabble, a 43-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2019. Mabble was outside his home in the 1900 block of Lafayette Avenue in West Baltimore, shoveling snow early in the morning to clear a path for his sister, Moana Powell, so she could go to work.
