Qunintez Harris, a 26-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on January 24, 2018. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Billie Holiday Court in the Gay Street neighborhood. According to reports, Harris was found with two gunshot wounds in his chest by Officer Erwin Scofield, who was serving a summons nearby when he heard the gunshots.
