Louis Wilson, a 37-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically passed away on July 8, 2020. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred in northeast Baltimore. On the evening of July 7, 2020, around 7:35 p.m., an officer patrolling the area heard gunfire and began canvassing the vicinity.
