In the city of Baltimore, a life was tragically cut short on a winter evening. Eric Lamont Rufus, a 44-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on January 9, 2022. The incident unfolded in the 2800 block of Ulman Avenue, where police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 5:12 p.m.
