Alvin Ray Henry, a 35-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2024. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of East Biddle Street in East Baltimore. At approximately 11:39 PM that Saturday night, Baltimore Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the area.
