Lavar Crawford, a 16-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the night of Saturday, January 25, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of East 28th Street. At the time of the initial police investigation, there was no immediate information released regarding a possible motive or any potential suspects in the shooting.
