On a summer afternoon in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 43-year-old Marqui Jackson, a male resident of the city, was violently cut short. The fatal encounter unfolded on June 29, 2020, at approximately 3:41 p.m. in the 1600 block of Laurens Street.
