On a Thursday morning in January, a dispute over property in Richland, Washington, escalated into violence that claimed the life of 51-year-old Jarrod Yockey. The male victim was found deceased inside a residence on McMurray Avenue on January 26, 2023. Two other individuals, a man and a woman, were also wounded by gunfire during the altercation but managed to flee the house and seek help from a passerby.
