On a Friday afternoon, March 1, 2019, Robert Jerome Foreman, a 29-year-old man from Suitland, Maryland, was driving on the Suitland Parkway. At approximately 2:00 PM, as he traveled in the outbound lanes between Naylor Road and Silver Hill Road, gunfire erupted. Foreman was struck by the bullets while behind the wheel.
