Ronald Carolina Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Columbia, Maryland, was tragically killed on March 28, 2019. The incident occurred near the Harper's Choice Village Center, specifically in the 5400 block of Old Tucker Row. According to reports, Carolina was shot around 5:21 p.m. and was found outside Kahler Hall. Despite being transported to Howard County General Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
