Martin Edward Mullineaux, a 62-year-old resident of Columbia, Maryland, was found dead in his apartment on September 13, 2016. His body was discovered after neighbors reported not seeing him for a couple of days, prompting a welfare check by the police. Upon entering his apartment on Hayshed Lane, officers found Mullineaux deceased with traumatic injuries.
