Montez Case, a 22-year-old resident of Columbia, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2021, after being shot on June 11, 2021. The incident occurred near a convenience store in the 10700 block of Hickory Ridge Road. Case was initially transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries two days later.
