Raymond Giles, a 26-year-old resident of Frederick, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on April 7, 2019, in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. in the 5000 block of Fable Street. Giles, along with his best friend Trevor Frazier, was found suffering from gunshot wounds. Frazier was pronounced dead at the scene, while Giles was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
