Raymond Giles, a 26-year-old resident of Frederick, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on April 7, 2019, in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. in the 5000 block of Fable Street. Giles, along with his best friend Trevor Frazier, was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
