On the night of May 30, 2011, in Capitol Heights, Maryland, 28-year-old Anthony Stevens McKelvin, a male resident of Suitland, was found deceased alongside his 24-year-old cousin, Sean O'Neil Ellis of District Heights. The two men were discovered inside a vehicle on Rollins Avenue, both having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
