In the summer of 2019, the life of a talented and well-regarded member of the Baltimore community was tragically cut short. Kenneth Whitley, a 33-year-old Black male known for his skills as both a barber and a photographer, was fatally shot on June 27, 2019. The incident that claimed his life unfolded in the 3400 block of Dolfield Avenue, leaving a void in the lives of those who knew him.
