On the evening of New Year's Eve, December 31, 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the calm of a Halethorpe, Maryland neighborhood, leaving two young people dead and a community in shock. Antwan Xavier Jones, a 25-year-old male, was one of the victims in the double homicide that unfolded on Twin Circle Way.
