On a cold evening in early February of 2020, the life of 18-year-old Syehe Rashaad Brunson was tragically cut short. The young man was discovered in an alley behind the 700 block of Fifth Avenue in the Lansdowne area of Halethorpe, Maryland, on Sunday, February 2nd. A passerby stumbled upon the grim scene and immediately alerted the authorities.
When police and paramedics arrived around 9 p.m., they found Brunson unconscious, having sustained trauma to his upper body.
It was determined that he had been shot at least once. Despite the efforts of first responders, Syehe Rashaad Brunson, a resident of the 500 block of Lucia Avenue in southwest Baltimore, was pronounced dead at the scene.
