Ira Douglas Dixon, a 45-year-old resident of Halethorpe, Maryland, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2020. The incident occurred in Lansdowne, a nearby area, where Dixon was found deceased in the roadway near the intersection of Oak Road and Maple Road.
