Charles Edward Watson Jr., aged 46, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2017, in Halethorpe, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of South Beechfield Avenue in Arbutus, a neighborhood in Baltimore County. Watson was visiting his girlfriend when an argument ensued between him and Raymond Vladas Armalis Jr., a 27-year-old man.
