On a tragic Fourth of July in 2017, Charles Edward Watson Jr., a 46-year-old male from Halethorpe, Maryland, was fatally shot in the Arbutus area of Baltimore County. The deadly encounter unfolded in the 1000 block of South Beechfield Avenue, where Watson was visiting his girlfriend. An argument erupted between Watson and 27-year-old Raymond Vladas Armalis Jr. shortly before 8 p.m.
