In the quiet neighborhood of Halethorpe, Maryland, the life of 28-year-old Larry Lynch was brought to an abrupt and violent end on the evening of February 4, 2017. The fatal encounter unfolded inside his own apartment, located in the 2900 block of Lakebrook Circle. It was there, at approximately 9:30 p.m., that a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving one man dead and another seriously wounded.
