Mark Antonio Gibbs, a 32-year-old resident of Halethorpe, Maryland, was tragically killed on October 9, 2017. The incident occurred late at night in Lansdowne, a neighborhood in Baltimore County. Police were called to the unit block of Silerton Road around 11:45 p.m. after reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers found Gibbs lying in the parking lot of an apartment complex with at least one gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
