In the winter of 2020, a dispute over a marijuana transaction in Baltimore spiraled into a tragic series of events, claiming the life of 31-year-old Cordelle Wayne Bruce Jr. On January 14th, Bruce was involved in an argument at the Alameda Shopping Center. Following this confrontation, he was fatally shot in the 1100 block of E. Belvedere Avenue.
