In the early hours of a late August morning in 2019, tragedy struck on a Baltimore street, forever altering the lives of a family and a community. Sixteen-year-old Milton Carrington, a young man known for his bright smile and willingness to contribute to his neighborhood, was fatally wounded in a quadruple shooting. The incident unfolded around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2019, in the 2500 block of East Monument Street.
