Moses Malone, aged 22, was tragically murdered on May 2, 2013, in Baltimore, Maryland. Malone's death was a result of a shooting incident that occurred in the 600 block of Cokesbury Avenue. The investigation revealed that Malone had been a victim of a robbery and shooting committed by Norman Handy, a member of the Black Guerilla Family (BGF) gang, just weeks before his death. Malone had identified Handy as the perpetrator during an interview with Baltimore Police officers on April 19, 2013.
