In the winter of 2017, the city of Baltimore was grappling with a significant wave of violence, a grim reality that tragically befell 24-year-old Dominique Hall. An African-American male, Hall's life was cut short on the evening of Friday, January 13th. He was discovered with gunshot wounds in the 3400 block of Grantley Road in the Ashburton neighborhood of Northwest Baltimore and was pronounced dead at the scene.
