In the early morning hours of July 13, 2022, the life of Ulyess Dezurn III, a 52-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 2:32 a.m., in the 500 block of West Mulberry Street, officers responded to a call and found Mr. Dezurn suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
